What is Play+?

Play+ is a convenient, cost-effective, and safer way to fund your favorite casino games. With Play+ there is no need to make inconvenient trips to the bank, pay high ATM fees, or worry about the risks of carrying cash. Your money is held securely in a FDIC insured Play+ account for you to access at your favorite slots, table games, online games, or race & sports betting on the go.

What do I need to sign up?

Getting Play+ is easy, you may sign-up for free online or in person at a participating casino. In order to do so, you must be a registered player, or have an existing casino loyalty card.

During enrollment, you will be asked to verify your address and confirm your identity, then agree to terms and conditions. With instant approval, we link your new FDIC insured Play+ account to your existing casino player account. As soon as you add funds you can go play, even before your personalized Play+ card arrives in the mail.

Where does the Play+ work?

For gaming transactions, Play+ may be used at the casino or online program in which you enroll. Each Play+ program includes specific gaming options, which may support Play+ use at legal slot machines, table games, race and sports wagering platforms, or online and mobile gaming platforms.  As each Play+ program is different, we encourage you to check with your casino operator to see where Play+ is accepted for gaming transactions.

For non-gaming transactions, your Play+ card may be used to make purchases on and off casino property, at merchants everywhere Discover® is accepted. Additionally, your card may be used to access cash at ATMs nationwide, everywhere the PULSE and NYCE networks are accepted.

How much does Play+ cost?

Across all Play+ programs it is free to enroll, cashout your winnings, and use your Play+ card for purchases. As each Play+ program is customized to the casino operator, associated program service fees will vary. Please visit your casino’s Play+ cardholder website and view the terms and conditions for a complete list of available program services and fees.

Where does Play+ work?

For gaming, Play+ may be used at the casino or online program in which you enroll. Why do I need an existing player account?

During enrollment, Play+ links your existing player account, or casino loyalty card, to a Play+ account that holds your gaming funds. After this connection is made, you can access funds directly at casino games utilizing your existing loyalty card and PIN.

Can I load Jackpots to Play+?

While each program is different, the standard Play+ program allows your casino operator to load up $25,000 in Jackpot winnings to your Play+ account. Your money transfers instantly, and is immediately available for use.

Freedom

How do I transfer funds into my Play+ account?

You may transfer funds to and from your Play+ account at any time online, or with your mobile phone. You may add funds to your account 24/7 using a debit card, credit card, checking account, or with cash, chips, or tickets at a participating casino. Please note regulatory restrictions including funding delays between attempts may apply.

Which payment cards are accepted for funding Play+?

Visa®, MasterCard®, and Discover® cards are accepted for funding your Play+ account.

How can I check my balance?

Check your balance at any time by logging into your Play+ account online, or via mobile phone.

What are the load limits?

Play+ load and balance limits vary by program.  The standard maximum amount of funds you can load to your account is $2,000 per day, $4,500 per week and $10,000 per month. However, in the event you win a Jackpot, most Play+ programs will allow your casino operator to load up to your card’s maximum balance limit.

How can I withdraw funds?

You may withdraw available funds from your Play+ account at any time.  Withdrawals can be made using your Play+ card, online at your Play+ cardholder website, and at a variety of program-specific locations and devices.  Which may include your casino’s mobile app, website, in-person at the casino cashier’s cage, at gaming devices equipped for such capabilities, and self serve devices (ATMs, Player Kiosks, Ticket Redemption Machines) allowing such transactions.

Purchases

What are the spending limits?

Play+ spending and load limits vary by program.  The standard daily limit for point of sale purchases is $5,000 per day, and the following limits (see chart) are standard, but we encourage you to check your program’s terms and conditions to learn more.

Where can I spend funds in my Play+ account?

Your Play+ card may be used to make purchases at merchants everywhere Discover® is accepted. Additionally, your card may be used to withdraw cash at ATMs nationwide, everywhere the PULSE and NYCE networks are accepted.

Security

How are my funds protected?

All funds deposited into your Play+ account are held securely at our partner bank where they are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).

Play+ is PIN-protected and requires a numeric password to authenticate use at all ATMs and many gaming devices.

Lastly, your Play+ card is backed by Regulation E; so long as you follow the terms and conditions of your Play+ program, you will not be held liable for unauthorized or fraudulent transactions in the event your Play+ card is lost or stolen.

What if my Play+ card is lost or stolen?

If you believe your card has been lost or stolen, you should immediately contact Play+ Support via email: support@loyaltycardplus.com or by calling the number listed on your cardholder website.

If your card is used in connection with an unauthorized transaction that was processed through the Discover Network, your liability for such unauthorized use will not exceed $0 if (i) you reported the loss or theft of your card to Play+, and (ii) you did not act grossly, negligently, or fraudulently in handling your card.
